Complimentary hand delivery
Every order is hand delivered free of charge anywhere in the UAE. We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Booking your delivery
We'll message you to book a time within 3 to 5 working days of your order.
How your piece arrives
Your piece arrives wired and ready to hang, carefully protected for its journey.
If something goes wrong
If your delivery is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@asundaystory.com with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the piece and the packaging.
We will arrange a replacement, a repair or a full refund, whichever is right for that piece. This is separate from and in addition to, our Returns & Refunds policy.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees and can shift during public holidays, Ramadan hours or extreme weather. We will always tell you if we know a delay is coming.
