Trade accounts
Trade accounts are approved individually. Write to us to apply and tell us a little about your projects.
Invoicing and VAT
Trade and wholesale orders are invoiced with a full VAT tax invoice showing your business Tax Registration Number, rather than the simplified receipt used for consumer orders.
Pricing and payment
Trade pricing, project and bulk rates are agreed per project. Payment terms are confirmed in writing with your account contact before an order is placed.
Condition and returns
Because trade buyers are businesses rather than consumers, the consumer protections in our Returns & Refunds policy do not apply in the same way. Any condition or damage issues on trade orders are handled directly with your account contact, quickly and fairly.
