Who we are
A Sunday Story, a Dubai Mainland company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
Registered address, trade licence number and Tax Registration Number are available on request and shown on every invoice.

What we sell
A Sunday Story sells curated vintage, modern and contemporary art and objects, each one sourced individually and sold as a single, non repeating piece unless clearly marked otherwise.
Prices shown on the site are in AED and include UAE VAT at the prevailing rate.
Placing an order
Adding a piece to your bag does not reserve it. A contract is formed and the piece is yours, once we have confirmed your payment and sent an order confirmation email.
Very occasionally a one of a kind piece may sell through another channel moments before your order confirms. If that happens we will contact you immediately with a full refund.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners and A Sunday Story does not store your full card details.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Returns & Refunds policy both form part of these terms.
Our content
All photography, text, styling and the A Sunday Story name and mark belong to us. Please do not reuse our images or descriptions without asking. We are always happy to share for genuine press or collaboration.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE law that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any issue is limited to the value of the piece you purchased.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
