What we collect
Contact and delivery details: name, address, email and phone number.
Order details: what you bought, when and payment confirmation. Not your full card number, that stays with our payment partner.
Browsing and marketing data: pages viewed, email opens and clicks, if you have subscribed to The Sunday Paper.
Why we collect it
To fulfil and deliver your order.
To send you the marketing you have opted into, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
To meet our own legal and tax record keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the partners who need it to run the business: our ecommerce platform, our payment gateway and our email marketing tool.
Some of these partners store data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens, it is protected under their own security and data protection standards.
Your rights
Under UAE data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you and you can object to marketing at any time. Email hello@asundaystory.com and we will take care of it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and financial records for as long as UAE tax law requires and delete other personal data once we no longer have a reason to keep it.
