The Red-Hatted Archer
AED 1,150
The bow identifies his role but the red hat establishes his character. He stands with deliberate swagger, held by a crisp printed outline and animated by hand-applied colour. Small variations in the wash, including deeper pigment in the folds, show that this impression was finished individually rather than mechanically. The printmaker, date and subject are still being researched. Until then, it stands as a vivid historical character study with unusual presence for its scale.
